APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Submit your abstract via email to ecologi.institute@ayu.edu.kz by May 3, 2026 as word (not pdf)
2. If your abstract is accepted by referees, we send you an acceptance letter by email within 2 days (after your application).
3. Full text is not mandatory. If you want to send full text, you need to submit it by May 10, 2026 by email to ecologi.institute@ayu.edu.kz
PUBLISHING PROCESS
Your full texts and abstract texts will be published in the Congress Book with ISBN on May 20, 2026.
ACCOMMODATION
We don't provide hotel accommodation. You can book your room in any hotel according to your budget.
PRESENTATION TYPE
- Face-to-face presentation in Congress Venue.
- Online presentation by ZOOM.
